The BD-12 which is two place and the BD-14 which is four place are homebuilt aircraft's that have been thoroughly designed and were planned to be offered as homebuilt kits.

To make the kits available does require a considerable amount of expense on sophisticated tooling. The company that these were designed for hae not been able to afford the cost of this tooling, so the project is currently on hold. When adequate funding permits, complete kits will become available, than this program will be reactivated.
